Shipping

All 9 Months purchases are shipped UPS with standard ground service (5 to 7 business days)*. Customers may expedite orders with three day or overnight shipping for an additional charge. 9 Months currently offers online shipping anywhere in the US. Furniture Delivery Surcharge does applie on some items. On large pieces of furniture the Furniture Delivery Surcharge can range from $200-385. * Shipping Rates and Delivery may vary on Netto Collection, Bloom, and Serena and Lily. All shipping rates on these items will be clearly noted at checkout prior to purchase. Delivery on these items is a standard 4 week lead time.

Returns/Exchanges

All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number or shipments will not be accepted. Return requests must be made within 14 days for store credit, exchange or refund (less shipping fees) if merchandise and packaging is returned in its original condition with a copy of the packing slip. 9 Months is not responsible for damages that occur from washing, cleaning, wear and tear, or general use. Special orders and sale items are non-refundable. All undergarments and Bella Bands are final sale. All furniture sales are final sale; damaged, defective, or missing furniture pieces will be replaced by the manufacturer. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to their credit card. Please allow at least one billing cycle for credit to appear on your credit card statement.

To request an RMA, send an e-mail to info@9monthsinc.com with your name, address, invoice number, item you are returning, and why you are returning it. An RMA will be sent to you within 48 hours.
